Exceed Petroleum (Pvt.) Ltd is an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) established with a vision and mission to provide exceptional customer service through innovation, use of advanced technologies and to build a strong and long-term relationships with our valued business partners. We have embarked on a focused and ambitious journey for development of our business, our aim is to expand our national footprint by increasing our state-of-the-art retail outlets (Petrol Pumps) and market our products all across Pakistan. We have established more than 60 retail outlets and have a healthy retail outlet development pipeline which will be set up in the next 2 to 3 years. We aim to capture a significant market share and grow into a major and well-respected player in the petroleum industry. Our management team consists of business professionals with vast experience in the oil industry. Our goal is to provide top quality products with extraordinary service to consumers. Our aim is to serve all segments of the oil industry by dividing our marketing operations into three main categories i.e. Retail, Agency and Consumer. With the aim to establish ourselves as one of the leading petroleum companies in Pakistan we have already acquired a Depot facility for storage and distribution of
petroleum products. Our state-of-the-art Depots are under construction at Sahiwal
and Nowshera while we are in the process of acquiring more land at various
locations for additional storage development. These facilities will act as the hub of
distribution and as nucleus of entire business operation. This is the testament of
our promise and dedication in serving the market with highest standards keeping in
line with business practices, ethics and laid down rules.

Exceed Petroleum, in order to ensure quality and availability, imports its own product as well as uplifts product from the refineries in Pakistan. On average the company imports 2500 MT in a month which will be increased with time to cater the requirements of our network. For the convenience of the clients, Exceed Petroleum is availing financial services from the leading banks of Pakistan. The company also has a Letter of Credit (LC) facility for the import of the product.
Retail Marketing
Retail Marketing is the sale of petroleum products through petrol pumps. Retail Marketing is the core focus of Exceed Petroleum. The main aim of the company is to develop a strong retail network. We have established and will continue establishing retail outlets at key locations and develop long-term relationships with our valued business partners. The retail network of Exceed Petroleum is the backbone of the business as it is the primary business and volume driver. Exceed has a vibrant colour scheme and attractive petrol station designs which stand out and present themselves as the primary choice for consumers.
Lubricants
The Lubricant consumption in Pakistan has been growing steadily with the progress in various sectors of the economy particularly the transport sector, as it is one of the largest consumers of lubricants. Lubricants are modified base oils, which are used to reduce friction in moving parts of machines.
Exceed Petroleum plans to develop its own brand of lubricants to supply to its consumers. The consumption of lubricants is linked with the demand of fuels and will grow with the increase in consumption of petroleum products used by transport and industrial sectors.
Development of Storage Facilities
Exceed Petroleum plans to develop Oil Storage Terminals to facilitate its operations and provide storage for the products. With one depot completed and the other under construction, the company plans to construct multiple oil terminals, which will be located at different locations across the country based on the needs and requirements of the business. The status of the current storage are:
Kot Abdul Malik Bulk Oil Storage:
Location: Kot Abdul Malik Interchange, Near Motorway City, Tehsil Kot Abdul
Malik, District Sheikhupura
Capacity: 600 MT
Status: Operational
Exceed Petroleum has completed its first Oil Storage Terminal at Kot Abdul Malik, Sheikhupura with capacity of 200 PMG and 400 HSD total 600 MT which will serve to feed the Central Region of the company. The company has also started work to expand the storage capacity keeping in view the demand of the business.
Sahiwal Bulk Oil Storage:
Location: Chak no. 78/5L, Link Pakpattan Road, Tehsil & District Sahiwal.
Land Status: Land Secured 22 Kanals.
Capacity: 3150 MT
Status: Under Construction (Near Completion)
Exceed Petroleum will complete another storage facility for storage and distribution
of its products in South Region from Sahiwal which has a capacity of 1750 PMG and
1400 HSD total of 3150 MT.
Safety
Environment Health and Safety
Exceed Petroleum has developed a robust Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Policy and has experienced and trained professionals developing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the highest standards. Moreover the company has a third party audit conducted of all its facilities and petrol stations to ensure strict compliance with EHS standards. The company aims for a zero accident policy and believes in the age old motto of safety first..
Exceed Petroleum intends to maintain highest standards of quality in all aspects of business including transportation. In order to ensure quality, the company has outsourced its transportation to reputed and experienced transportation and logistics services providers. A strict monitoring system is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to company policies. All vehicles go through a periodic inspection to ensure they conform to the standards. All tankers are as per the government standards and fulfill all requirement slaid out in the rules. Continuous efforts are made to ensure that the transportation is done in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
Logistics &Transportation
Logistics are fundamental to the distribution and marketing business. Therefore Exceed Petroleum has a strong and efficient logistics team. The logistics team will ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management. The country is utilizing upcountry movement of its product by road and very soon the company will utilize the White Oil Pipeline (WOP) and the Mehmood Kot – Faisalabad – Machike (MFM) Pipeline as well (agreements in place).
Capacity Building
Exceed Petroleum is in this business with a mission to provide the best possible quality, service and standards. In order to provide the best possible service and customer care, the company has developed a training program to provide all of its Valued Business Partners and their teams with a comprehensive training in operating the petrol station and providing customers with the best in class service.
Nowshera Bulk Oil Storage:
Location: Gull Dhairy, Mouza Dokhla, Tehsil & District Nowshera
Land Status: Land Secured 59 Kanals.
Capacity: 6000 MT
Status: NOCs acquired and mobilization phase
Exceed Petroleum has completed acquiring land and acquired all relevant NOCs in
Nowshera for storage and distribution of its products in North Region with capacity
of 3000 PMG and 3000 HSD total 6000 MT.
