Exceed Petroleum  is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests

– Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

– Handle front desk operations, including answering queries and directing visitors

– Maintain accurate records and databases

– Provide administrative support to the team

– Manage office supplies and inventory

– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

 Requirements:

– Intermediate,diploma or equivalent qualification

– 1-2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role (freshers welcome)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
